Coeliac UK (www.coeliac.org.uk) – Coeliac UK is the only national Charity supporting people with coeliac disease in the UK. It is also the biggest coeliac society in the world and regularly shares knowledge and advice with international colleagues. What’s more, in 2005 Coeliac UK funded the largest ever series of research projects into coeliac disease.

Gluten Free By The Sea blog (http://gfreebythesea.me) – a coeliac’s guide to gluten free life in Plymouth.

Gluten Free B (http://glutenfreeb.com) – documents experiences of eating out in and around London and thoughts and musings on the world of gluten free.

Wuthering Bites (www.wutheringbites.co.uk) – gluten free cooking fanatic and foodie from Bristol (this site is particularly helpful to me, now that I’m living in Bristol myself).

Love Lactose Free Life (www.lovelactosefreelife.co.uk) – all of their products are free from dairy, lactose, and gluten. Most are also vegan, soya free, gm free, organic and free from other allergens.
